The influence of Internet increases and more and more people buy computers and become users of the World Wild Web. Everyone finds there something interesting and useful especially for him: there are may be pastimes, work, communications, but all users of Internet firstly make an e-mail account.
It makes communication easier: you need only few minutes to send a letter to your relatives and friends or receive a letter from them, contact with your business partners, order goods from on-line shop, receive a letter with the latest news. Of course, it is very fast and you waste little time for it, so it is more time for your work or home deals. Furthermore, you may send or receive different sorts of files such as photos, music files or important report, written in the Word redactor. It is also very useful and fast.
But it may take much more time, if workers have unlimited access in the Internet at the work place. There are many interesting things there, and workers often spend much more time in the Internet than it is necessary. Another disadvantage consists in possibility of defeating system by viruses, which are often sent by e-mail as an attachment.
We can see, that there are quite equal numbers of positive and negative sides, and sometimes it may seems that disadvantages outweigh the advantages, or, on the contrary, overweight. But there may be more positive if you use it with some vigilance and plan your work time. The usage of any thing depend on way how we use it.
